Carter has been begging for a skateboard recently.

This newly minted 5 year old is the epitome of SPORTY. And we have no idea where he got that from. Chris and I are quite the opposite!

He was practicing in the store, and kind of got the hang of it after 10 minutes. He’s determined to master the skateboard.. and I figure, since he learned to cycle and swim at 3 years old, surely skateboarding at 5 years old is do-able?

Then again, I’ve tried skateboarding and… at my (ripe) age, I still can’t do it 😛
