The prices are normal really and to be expected really. Very disgustingly normal…. but it’s the same deal for any of the food fairs around town whether it be Malaysian, Vietnamese, Spanish, Italian, etc etc. It’s all part of the experience, like having to trade a kidney for a mere burger at the Easter Show or any Amusement Park 🙂
As for the peanut pancake, I swear that damn dish has more names than Jason Bourne. No one ever seems to be really 100% sure of what it’s called! So I just call it peanut pancake and yep it’s awesome! (without corn) 🙂 Sucky thing though is that it’s really hard to find places that sell it thin and crispy now. Most places sell the thick floury version which isn’t as nice. Easiest place to get your fix is at Jollibean. Sadly…. 🙁
