dont believe everything you read on the net lah bev. anyways, do everything in moderation. jes coz you havent been eating healthily all your life or not exercised in the past 5 years doesnt mean you gotta go all out to make up for all that lost. take it easily, slowly cutting down the unhealthy food and do some light and easy exercise, not suddenly going vegetarian and doing mad exercise. its gonna shock your system!
