Spring Moon. OMG. Yep, I’ll have everything there.

On the trip I last mentioned to you where I went to Malaysia, we also went to Hong Kong! The funny thing is I went to the EXACT same cafe as you in the first few pics, and took the exact same food pictures too! Same cup and all!
I have to say though, looking at that mango dessert with the seeds really grosses me out. They look like little bugs… or maybe mold or something… *shudder*
Hhahah it was like dejavu for you then π
I’ve never had those little seeds and they looked weird, but were really nice!
absolutely in the correct country for roast pork belly!!!! *droolss*
Hehe it wasn’t to be missed π
of course not!! you wouldve bang your head against the wall~~
What a fun trip – Chinese food in Canada just does not compare to the food in Hong Kong.
Vancouver does have good food though, I remember last we went!
Udon goodness! A HK cafe? That would have been awesome!
They had so many options! Glad I picked the condensed milk bun, it was goooood
I *love* mango pudding and that looks like an AWESOME mango pudding.
Was so impressed with it, I normally don’t get mango pudding cos it’s just not that great. But this was just like eating a mango mashed into pudding!

Hmm don’t think they are ‘cos it’s a dessert. I think it’s something like dragonfruit seeds?? They were weird but nice!
Actually it is! I’ve been trying to figure out what the English word for those things are. Google to the rescue π They’re pretty good but I try not to look at them especially when my mum’s soaking a huge bowl, it looked like a bowl of frog eyes staring at me :X
MmmMmmmm, another place to add on to my list! π
Hehe I’m so envious you’re going soon! HK is just amazing.. esp the shopping π

Yeah I think I ordered the bun with condensed milk too when I was in Honkers, and it was surprisingly simple and good!
I still remember walking into a cafe with Erica that had NO english and NO pictures on the menu. Feck… talking about depressing….
You really really really should have had the dry beef brisket noodles over there! That was like my favourite dish from the whole trip! Well that and braised goose…. but mostly the former π
Wish we had that bun here in AU… then again, we could probably make our own.
There’s a famous beef brisket place @ lang kwai fong where we were staying, but i didn’t know the address so coudln’t go, and once the summit was on, everyone wanted fancy dinners only and no hole-in-the-wall places! π
it’s on Gough Street! next time you come we’ll go…it’s deeeeeeelish!!
hmmm! i know you didnt like the udon but it looks sooo yummy! udon is actually one of my favorite types of noodles! LOL π
you met up with pei?? awwww!! did you girls take pictures?? π
Yeah I like ramen but not udon!
I think we took pics but.. i don’t have any on my camera!! I only have a few, brief pics that i have before it got stolen π
you can see my b00bs in those pics!!! aiyah π
