Friends, Uncategorized BYE BYE SHAU-RU! 25 November 2010

We bid a sad farewell to the lovely Shau-Ru over the weekend. She’s leaving our fair shores for greener pastures… how sad it is when a foodie friend leaves! We celebrated in style at Maya, with a storm of delicious Mexican dishes. The service there was absolutely top-notch, and we were more than impressed. Very attentive and friendly, they took the time to explain all their dishes and were very accommodating πŸ™‚

Fellow foodies

The platters Chris and I scoffed. As you can see, didn’t make it in time
to take a pic of the chorizo dip on the bottom left πŸ˜›

My luscious virgin Mango frozen cocktail

OK this is random but anyway, a pic when my gf and I met Tina (who reads my blog) in Singapore!
Thanks for sending the pic, was lovely meeting you in SG πŸ™‚

Hey Beverly, what an honour to be featured on your blog! πŸ™‚ I’m so glad to have bumped into you, you’re so bubbly in person, your personality just carries through from your writings πŸ™‚ And Berlin is such a sweetie too! Maybe next time we could do coffee and cakes, under less random-say-hi-at-the-Sephora-cashier situation, LOL. Much love, Tina

How fun to have met ya, and what a coincidence, heheh. Yeah next time you’re in SG/Shanghai or I’m in KL, let’s meet up!
