heh yeah cos i didn’t put much of the ricotta mix in – it should probably be double the quantity so it looks more like a tart. i like the pastry though, so prefer less filling!
Wow, that looks really yummy! If I want to make a lighter version, do you think I can skip the parmesan & cream?
YOu could, BUT I would use light cream instead cos you need it for the texture.. and if you skip the Parmesan you won’t get that strong cheese taste!
