i had a BBQ at Centennial park and i thought hmmmm 1/4 a bottle of a normal sized olive oil would be enough…not! I totally understand the whole needed oil for a BBQ thing now its the first thing i pack (a full bottle that is!)

hmm, i don’t usually use oil. try butter or honey the next time round?

We didn’t have butter either, ‘doh! But won’t honey solidify or burn on the BBQ??

hmm, nope it doesn’t. use a brush and “swipe” to give your food a good dose of honey. 😛
