In the closing days of October’s Good Food Month, the Sydney Food and Wine Fair heralds an impressive array of fine-dining restaurants and their delectable offerings. Many I’ve heard rave reviews of, but haven’t had a chance to visit (at least, not yet!). I was delighted at the numerous stalls and I rank it up there as the best outdoor food festival I’ve been too. A one-day affair, all proceeds go to AIDS Trust of Australia; so whilst the food was undeniably on the pricey end, at least it was for a good cause! We were blessed with sunny weather, however it was pretty windy and cold in the shade, so we tried to stay in the sun as much as possible.
Was there with a girl friend and we basically had a degustation lunch :)~ Spent quite a bit (considering they were mostly $10 per plate and $5 for each dessert), but it was well worth it, because a normal person wouldn’t often visit these restaurants (the sort where you pay upwards of $100pp for a meal). Was completely and totally filled to the brim afterwards, and satisfied with our smorgasbord of lovely fine-dining food.

It’s actually not a good camera! Quite an old one, Casio exilim 3.2 megapixels. I’m really keen to get the new one, I may when I’m back in Singapore.
