Sydney query!

Hi Beverly,

You don’t know me, but I’ve been reading your journal forever (since the days of gemz.net!) Anyway, I’ve just arrived in Sydney (from the UK) – am studying at the Royal North Shore Hospital until the end of July. Just wondered where it was in Sydney that you went to get your Krispy Kreme doughnuts?? Would love to try them while I’m here! Also, where was the place where you had chocolate out of a kind of fountain thing?? Hope all this is making sense!!

thanks
Anita

Re: Sydney query!

Hi Anita! Welcome to Sydney πŸ™‚ My friend is interning at the RNSH as well, her name is Danae, maybe you’ll see her around.
Krispy Kreme’s available at Wynyard (in the middle of the city) and at the Airport (international area). Definitely try them out, they’re divine!!

The chocolate foundation is at Bondi Junction, which is south of Sydney.. it’s a little stand just outside the food court and is SO GOOD :)~

Re: Sydney query!

Thanks so much!! and I’m so sorry for posting the message twice, didn’t realise I’d done that, so sorry for clogging up your lj!! I think I actually passed the city centre Krispy Kreme while I was in a cab home on Sat night – will have to try and find it again now! and am definitely gonna make the trip to Bondi soon too!!

Thanks again
Anita

PS. I went into Mecca Cosmetica over the weekend – felt like I knew it well already thanks to your entries!!!

Re: Sydney query!

Ask around if you don’t see Krispy Kreme, most people should be able to point you to the right directly!

Mecca is really nice but sooo pricey. To be honest, I mostly go there to check out the product and colours, and then buy it from the USA and get it shipped over πŸ˜›
