woah, did you do something to twist that pelvis or is this like a cumulative experience?

i am not a doctor but i recommend regular exercise….to strengthen the muscles that protect your spine.

Don’t worry–having one leg slightly shorter than the other is actually pretty common. Mine are that way too, and I don’t even have a twisted pelvis. Think of it as “naturally occuring flaws that contribute to our individual beauty,” like silk! ; )

Really? I didn’t know it was common.. I know having one boob slightly smaller than the other is common though, does that count? hehe.

I had the same problem as you a couple years ago, but then I went to see an osteopath, similar to a chiropactor but they tend to use massage to manipulate your muscles. You should try to look one up in Sydney. If you have a private medical insurance then it is cheaper to see one than without.

Hey cool, I’m on Medibank so maybe I can claim some of the costs back.. the doc said to go back in a few days if it’s still bad though, and he’ll send me some recommendations. He also said a physiotherapist is good.. so there’s Chrios, osteopaths, phisiotherapists.. just lots of fancy names for doing teh same job? πŸ˜›

Must be good to know what’s wrong, anyway! I think that twisted pelvis thing is more common than you know. I notice it on me cause the ends of my trousers lie differently on each leg, so one is slightly lower than the other. But luckily it’s never caused me any problems. Just letting you know you’re not the only freak with that problem πŸ˜‰

U have the best utilisation of words, I think thats why I kept coming back to read your journal. πŸ™‚ , ur a gift to ur friends and family !!! πŸ™‚

Anyways… u know that thing in your ear ?? I get it sometime, and I’ve managed to figure out why I got it….. SUGAR !!! excessive intake of sugar gives me that. Not sure if u’ve been eating heaps of chocs .. or sweets, cause if I’ve been drinking too much coke or eat too much sweets without a balanced exercise than chances are, I’ll get it..

Yeah.. the pelvis is connected to the back and because the muscles and surrounding area was strained, my lower back was sore too. I’ve never HEARD of anyone having a twisted pelvis before! Ah well.. thanks for the well wishes πŸ˜€
