Sure πŸ™‚

*** This feeds 4 people ***

INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of risotto rice
1 big handful of bacon bits
3-4 cups of mushrooms
1 onion
250ml full cream
250ml milk
4 cups chicken stock
2tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon butter
Shredded cheese (as much as you want)

1) Slice up onion into tiny pieces, and slice mushrooms.
2) Put oil, bacon bits, onion and mushrooms in a pot and cook on medium fire until onions are soft.
3) Put in all the rice, and pour in 1 cup of chicken stock and leave to cook. When the stock is almost absorbed, pour in another cup. Repeat until all 4 cups have been poured in.
4) Pour in cream and milk, stirring every few minutes
5) When rice is a creamy consistency, mix in butter and cheese
6) Cook until rice is sticky and soft. Sprinkle with pepper and mixed herbs to taste

That’s it! It’s quite easy to make ‘cos most of the time the rice is being cooked so you can wander around doing other stuff (like cleaning up) while it cooks up. You can also keep leftovers – just refridgerate and when you want to eat it, mix in a little bit of milk and put in the microwave for a few minutes (taking out to stir every minute) until it’s hot.

hi bev..when r u gonna put pictures up on ur website? i really wanna know how to put makeup on and since you do it really well..i really wanna learn.

maybe you could do a step by step pix by pix part on how to put on makeup???? especially with asian skin and face- i have got no clue at all….

Makeup is so fun to apply! But I think the best way to learn is to experiment on yourself.. ‘cos sometimes the stuff that one person likes and what they look nice in is different for another person. Are you on Makeupalley.com? ‘Cos I have some pics of makeup and stuff there, and check out http://swap.beverlys.net and http://www.makeup411.com – the first site is something I made that’s entirely makeup-related, and the second has ‘tutorials’ on how to apply it πŸ™‚

heya Bev:) So you love goreng pisang? Its real easy to make. If you can get some nice bananas all you need to do is mix flour with water and add a little tumeric for the yellow colour and then dip and fry. The sweetness comes from the banana. The batter has to slightly less thick than for a cake.
Easy to make for tea:)
