FOOD, My recipes, Uncategorized HOMEBAKED CHEESECAKE BROWNIES 7 January 2007

Haven’t cooked/baked in what feels like ages.. so tonight I decided on making a healthy Fresh Salad again, and capped it off with not-so-healthy Cheesecake Brownies. I followed this recipe and it turned out really well! The brownie part was all moist and fudgey and the sweetness was off-set by the slightly tart creamy cheesecake. Delicious and a decidedly decadent dessert :)~

It’s a bit fiddly to make since you have to make the 2 mixtures separately.. but the results are so yum!

The contrast of the 2 flavours are sooo good, it’s nicer than eating them alone IMHO!
