I just came back from Sydney and Gold Coast. The sales in Syd were massive!! Believe it or not, I met Mike Myer in Darling Harbour (New club:Enjo’s opening night) on Thursday and met him again in GC-MovieWorld’s parade on Friday. (Me friend and I flew there on that morning). Was hoping to meet you but schedule was really packed. But will go there again next month *Wieeeee*! 😉

Ughhh… I heard all about the sales that are on now, and that’they’re massive and wonderful, but I have assignments/exams and can’t go 🙁 Was it winter or summer clothes, mainly? You’re lucky to have met Mike Myers, I never see anyone famous! So what did you buy? 😛

I did quite a disaster. Trust me 😐 I dont think I need anymore new clothes for the next few months. Its mostly winter clothes. But I also got a few tops for warmer weather. I’m a sucker for french connection, and of course I almost got everything they had to offer there *Yikes* One thing though, I didnt know about this Sales few weeks ago and got 2 pants from them. Cost me $360 both and now they are only $89 each. Damnit.

Oh dear.. I told my uncle that there were tons of sales and probably on summer stock cos summer’s over, ‘cos he’s planning a trip here! Oops. Can you return the pants and then re-buy them on sale? 😛

hi, i just read on Vogue that one of your friends purchased something from overseas with value of $1000+ and got around 10% tax. may i ask what carrier she used? coz my friend is sending me a LV bag from US and I’m so scared that it will be taxed! another girl told me that she was charged $80 tax for a $300 parcel!

Yeah.. those 2 girls were just unlucky – it’s basically a matter of luck, sometimes they open packages, sometimes they don’t. And if they do, then they’ll “value” it if it’s new. Those 2 girls got their items sent insured, so the value is listed on the package, and I guess customs got suspicious and opened them. Just hope that your bag doesn’t get taxed, it’s basically just chance that depends whether or not they ‘notice’ your package!
