Perhaps it’s your body telling you you’ve had enough food and need some time to digest everything. I think there’s a word in cantonese (“sec jay”) that describes what you’re feeling (Pardon my cantonese translation!) – I get that when I’ve had too much fine food over a period.

take care girl. it happens to me when i had gastric problem or i ate too much, the sight of food will just turn me off. take good are and drink lots of water!

You could go to a GP and get an opinion from them. I highly doubt you have gastric though. Just a wild guess. You probably ate a little too much. πŸ™‚

i think she ate a little too much all at once… maybe a day of something a little less uhm, rich? like a soup day! (bev’s going to hit me for suggesting this)
