Haven’t cooked/baked in what feels like ages.. so tonight I decided on making a healthy Fresh Salad again, and capped it off with not-so-healthy Cheesecake Brownies. I followed this recipe and it turned out really well! The brownie part was all moist and fudgey and the sweetness was off-set by the slightly tart creamy cheesecake. Delicious and a decidedly decadent dessert :)~
After I saw those, I suddenly felt the urge to bake brownies. Mmm. Mine don’t have the cheesecake filling that yours have, but my boyfriend says thank you. =)

after looking at all your SGP/Chinese food in SGP, I had been thinking about whelther or not going to HK since my school doesnt start till week 4, and i finally decided going back this friday!! I cant wait to eat all the authetic Chinese/Cantonese food!! yay!!
