I met an Aussie lady the other day, at a semi-private fair held at a French lady’s place. She was one of the vendors there, and I fell in love with all the knick knacks she’d sourced from around the world. You can find her on Facebook at Hola Linda.

They’re handmade from Tasmanian Blackwood, and the prints are from vintage story books. The light wood and turquoise colour scheme matches our home perfectly, so I just had to get the set! You can check out the Pili Pala homewares section for a bunch more stuff – all insanely pretty 🙂

We are celebrating Chris’ birthday this weekend (actual date is Wed next week though) in style, with a decadent staycation at one of our favourite hotels……. we’re super duper excited at the prospect of indulging in an epic Japanese kaiseki meal, sunset cocktails, a lovely spa/massage, and a champagne breakfast the next morning! Wheeeee!!!!
