Yeah.. a bit worried about getting into a taxi on the highways again 🙁
just get the drivers to drive slow … saying you want to get a good view of the place. 🙂
OMG THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME- TOILET TRAUMA!!! Except, it was when I was grabbing a q-tip after I finished showering and the dang thing just simply slipped out of my grasp into the toilet. I, too, am lucky that I flushed before it fell in. I stood there baffled because I wasn’t sure if I should just forget it and flush, or fish it out. In the end, my conscience won over my disgust and I fished it out ><
I have never done that before and I would’ve probably cried a tiny bit if I were in your situation!! Congrats on the award~ aspects of your job sound like the kind of job I’m dreaming about 😉

I just read through all your USA entries at one go, sounded super fun. And google workplace makes me super envious, so much so that I almost want to work for ebay/google now. :S
Haha. And I hate accidentally dropping stuff in the toilet! I dropped my earring once. But it was so tiny I couldn’t find it anymore. Was quite upset.

the eBay and Google campuses are so divine.. I was pretty amazed, lol.
I normally would’ve left it in the toilet, but it was my beloved wallet so I just HAD to grab it out, lol!

oh man :::wiping a tear:: in honesty – id have the thing professionally cleaned than sell it on ebay… not sure I could ever look at again without picturing it in the potty.
And congrats on the award! whooo-hoooo! and on your next trip over I hope you get something on the plane other than the chicken (it was chicken you didnt want right?)
I know 🙁 In the end I decided the LV was worth more, haha! Fortunately it’s waterproof and vernis, so I just washed it out with soap.. then used hospital-grade antibacterial wipes all over it, haha!
