i know you like to cook a lot, and i was wondering if you had a favorite fettucine alfredo recipe you could reccomend for me. a friend and i are holding a formal dinner, and i’m on the lookout for good recipes. 🙂
I don’t 🙁 My cream sauces are just home made… I just stir in a tub of regular cream (will serve 4), add cheese and herbs and ham/bacon/mushrooms/whatever and that’s about it!! Try allrecipes.com though, they’re great 🙂

That IS cool.. what a coincidence! The cabins were really nice and so cheap too – it was only $96 per cabin that was right by the beach front 🙂
i remember how cheap they were, and in summer too… not the prettiest inside but more money for yummy food and other holiday stuff.
shame i got food poisoning. i’m hoping we go back there this summer so fingers crossed =D
Yeah we decided it’s a good place ‘cos we only go back to sleep.. I’ll only pay for a 5 star hotel if I’m going to enjoy it and stay there in luxury! 🙂

Great photos, Bev! It looks as if you guys had a ton of fun. Central Coast is so beautiful so I hope to visit it next time we go back to Sydney. Not sure when that’d be though because I am pregnant with my first child 🙂
Oh WOW… congratulations on your baby! It must be so exciting 🙂 Maybe you can go to Central Coast on a family holiday after you’ve given birth.. It’s lots of sitting around and enjoying the ocean and sun 🙂
