I used to go to Vivocity
And Hunter likes it too, because there’s stuff for him to do. He always remembers that there’s “choo choo” (ie. train) outside – it’s a fairly new thing that the mall has and is currently $5 a ride. The first time Hunter sat on it, the train conductor decided to give him a free ride (yay!) because he thought Hunter was cute. Ahhh.. so young, and already manipulating people to get freebies ๐
And on the upper level of Vivocity, there’s anย outdoor playground. It’s really spacious and great for kids to run around in, and is strategically located where all the baby shops are. Plus, their baby change room there is great – spacious and has great facilities.
I’m really grateful that Singapore has a plethora of baby-friendly malls.. specifically ones with nice (free) playgrounds and good baby changing rooms. The other ones I like are: ION, 313 Somerset, 112 Katong. Any others that you know that are good for parents and children?
I love Paragon too! Food, playground, decent feeding/changing room!
Oh, just to share. I might be over sensitive but I spotted some weird man who keep peering into the big baby room at Vivocity.
OMG that is *freaky*!! Actually when we were there, Chris took Hunter to that changing room.. and he attracted a whole bunch of men and women who were standing at the glass door peering in and watching him change Hunter, so weird! But I think more like they were amused to see a man changing his kid by himself…
Tampines One has a great water playground on the roof, for all the eastside peeps.
And there’s another one on the top of 112 Katong mall. It’s awesome!!
You’re very good at multi-tasking! haha
Our kids would absolutely LOVE riding that train.. looks like fun! ๐
Cute train huh?! Even *I* like it.. lol
