I love custard and this recipe looks easy I’m going to make them for a BBQ tomorrow ! I might grate some chocolate over them with king island double cream and fresh rasberries! looove public holidays!

Thats really great looking! Great pic and it looks sooooo good!! Is that a hard thing to get ‘right’??? or is it pretty easy? Bakings not my thing usually πŸ™‚

Wheee cool that you tried ’em out too! Remember not to overcook ’em, someone tried out the recipe but made small cupcake versions so it was overcooked by about double the time πŸ™

No prob at all! Ahhh if you put them in smaller sizes you only need to cook for around 12 mins.. otherwise they get too dry/hard

Your black individual baking bowls are exactly what I’ve been looking for to make my favourite Bill’s self saucing pudding- where’d you find them?

Mm these look great! Was wondering though, can they be baked in muffin tins? I don’t have the individual mini pans.

Although one giant custard cake would be pretty amazing too…

I would actually just put it in a regular size tin… and then cut it in slices to serve – it’s WONDERFUL that way πŸ™‚
