you’re my domestic goddess!!!

may i ask.. after you pour the boiling mixture into the pudding, do you stir them all to mix well?

looks like gorgeous weather in sydney!

roasts are my favorite thing to make when i have company…it’s SO easy and since there’s so much inactive cooking time, you can muck around getting your other stuff ready. in fact, i just made a delish roast chicken tonight, and last friday night was roast lamb for the boys!

The pudding looks great man..its so gd to be your friend..haha..

maybe you can think of setting up a bakery or small eatery when you come back to SG. I will be the 1st to visit.. =P

Haven’t had those puff pastry sausage rolls when I was a kid… So it mustn’t be an Asian thing! Or maybe I’m not a proper Asian πŸ˜›

they’re actual sausages cut up (not mince) and rolled up in puff pastry sheets (not the usual thick pastry sausage rolls come in)

I thought sausage rolls were an Aussie thing! There you go πŸ™‚ I’ve never made them from scratch though … would love to try making some vego ones as I miss eating them!

yeah but Aussie sausage rolls have a diff pastry and use mince instead, it tastes totally different! I like ’em too though πŸ˜‰
