well the pre-test was just for the 2 of us employees to see if we should go ahead with the real experiment, but now we’re rolling out the real experiment to Sydney people 🙂

i think there is an excitement factor in online shopping. you really don’t know what you’re going to find! =) and also, i must agree that crowd and hovering sales people is quite the bummer..
Maybe they’ll roll it out worldwide if it works for us here! I find online shopping a lot more peaceful and not as overwhelming.. esp if you meet crappy people :X

I find my heart races more in a store though, esp if i’m pushing and shoving with lots of people. But i think this device doesn’t measure heart rate but more “fun/excitement” levels.. wonder how it does that?!!
