I have a night guard thingy! I think mine cost about 650 USD. It took some getting used to – it still causes me to drool in my sleep! It was worth it though.

anyway, i’ve heard that the mouth guard will kinda reshape your jaws and make your face appear smaller.. hmm.. so maybe you can do a post about it if it happens! 🙂

i have a mouth/teeh guard too. my teeth which are not large to begin with are very very small because they’re being grounded to nothing! scary. it takes a bit of getting used to though. mine wasn’t cheap. 850sgd and this was after my dentist gave me a bit of a “discount”

oh, i’m sure ebay will pay for it. not that i know about your insurance, but from what you have described I’m sure their insurance rocks, too. Mine covers for most of mine when I get mine. I have done a number on my teeth. In fact, not knowing what I was doing when grinding, I chipped a back tooth and it developed into a cavity…which I didn’t catch in time. I will soon have to get a root canal and crown put on. Yuck. :p
PS: 145 lbs?? That seems high. :p Mine came out as 120…which I weigh MORE than. :p grr…
