Honey you will find a great guy who ticks all your boxes. Just give yourself time to move on and don’t rush into something serious too quickly, I say that as I’m sure now you are single you will have lots of offers πŸ™‚

When I read your entry about you and Chris it kind of made me sad, but wasn’t totally unexpected because this wasn’t the first time you two separated, but I believe things happen for a reason, the world works in mysterious ways and it always ends up being ok…

i have to agree with simplysteph: i’m very impressed by your classy demeanor.

*hugs* i love to read you and i’m glad you kept and. and thanks for trusting me. i hope things get better for you; you deserve that much!

I’m impressed by how well you handle yourself, especially in this type of a situation. You are such a strong person, most people wouldn’t be.

=)

I saw that post – didnt get to answer it yet but guess I can do it here. I’m sorry that it happened. It must be like losing a love and a best friend at the same moment. which is doubly sad…

Sending healing vibes your way.

that’s the most important thing, i think… knowing what you want so that you will recognise it when you see it or knowing where to seek it. We all learn from experience =) *hugs*

It takes time to grieve after a breakup – I’m glad to hear you’re dealing with this in such a strong and mature manner. *hugs and happy wishes*

I’m sorry about what happened. I wanted to say something but then I didn’t know what to say and so I said nothing because I thought that was better than a bumbling condolence.

On a more optimistic note, I think it’s good that you know what you want in a guy, and that you’re willing to wait for that.

Hey Bev, didn’t get to reply to the last post. But I just wanted to say that I admire your courage and that you know what you want and you won’t compromise yourself over such an important aspect of your life. I used to think that it’s only right to marry your best friend (I mean, a relationship that was just all about companionship etc), but then I realised that it’s only great if you both want the same things in life and from eachother. And usually when you are so aligned and in tune with eachother, you’re inevitably also madly in love.

So good luck with finding your perfect guy. I know you can do it, especially since you’re so positive and lovable πŸ™‚ But I also hope you give yourself time to grieve over your relationship with Chris, because that’s really important too. *hugs*

I’m glad you know exactly what you want in a guy as most people would get disillusioned after a breakup. At least you both had the courage to admit that it was time to move on…

*big hugs* I second cayenne3’s comment above: everything happens for a reason! I know a couple who recently broke up after being together for 10 years! It was a real shocker, but I guess it was the best thing to do since the girl wasn’t happy in the relationship.

Chin up, girl.

hey, glad you’re keeping strong. it’s hard when lives are so interwined yet split, but I’m sure you’ll both still be in each other’s lives. πŸ™‚

Aw Bev, all the best. Stay positive! *hugs*

On a totally unrelated note, I made your flourless peanut butter cookies today and they were sooooo good. Totally sinful but worth it! And they’re easy to make too, so thanks for sharing. Mmmm.

I’m definitely sorry to see him go, but if it’s for the better, then I think you’ve made the right choice..
All the very best to you!

*BIG HUGS* you’re such a strong and independent woman, you will find your guy soon, am certain and you shouldn’t settle for anything less. All the best Bev πŸ™‚
