Went over to my aunt/uncle’s place last night for dinner. The maid cooked and initially I was like, “Ehhh.. not terribly exciting.” but the maid’s actually a good cook, plus she cooks healthy food too! She whipped up a multi-course dinner for the 6 of us.. plus plates of cut fruit afterwards. Yum :)~ Feeling even more saintly after my (kinda) healthy lunch, which is great, so I can eat nasty tomorrow!

Random salad. The cherry tomato arrangement made me laugh 😉
Steamed whole fish. This was soooooooo good.

Roasted chicken wings
Chinese spinach. Loved this!
Leftover pizza from the previous night. Scallops, mushrooms & salami.
“Ben & Jerry’s” for dessert!! Woooooo!!!!!!
Anyway, Lasik surgery is tomorrow. I’m so excited I could burst. Can’t wait to be able to see again.. I’m SICK TO DEATH of living in a perpetual half-blind world ;( Anyway, I’ll be AWOL for the next few days as I’m now allowed to do pretty much everything while I recover.

It was sooo chocolately! I liked the Strawberry Cheesecake more I think, strawberry’s always my fave flavour :)~
i quite fancy strawberry ice cream too, but some are just too icky – i think maybe i prefer strawberry milkshake! 😉
