Haha! Thank you! I’m really happy that exercising at least shows some rewards.. considering most of the time I’m just wishing I’m sitting on my ass in front of the TV πŸ˜‰

Wow Bev that’s really awesome!!! I’m so proud of you because I know you’re a slacker when it comes to working out (like me), well at least you were before!! πŸ™‚ You’ve totally motivated me to give it another go!

Congrat’s on work too, I think it’s easy to do so well when you truly love your job, you’re a true insperation gal!

You should check with a dietitian.. it doesn’t sound right! You’d classify on the Athelete level FOR SURE and you’re teeny tiny – I think your scales are bonked?!

Yup women have more fat than men, naturally! I think it’s 30%+ that’s considered big.. besides, it varies from person to person – I bet another person that LOOKS like me can have a higher or lower body fat %..!

I kinda feel shitty to be honest, but it’s mind over matter and I just CONVINCE myself that it’s good for me, so I end up feeling better, heh!

I always trouble with weight which caused problems with my mother but dietician/personal trainer when i was doing martial art competitions really helped learning how to cook healthy food. yeah now i feel bad with my 23% body fat lol. but my body is made differently than yours lol.

i’m glad everything is going well. and as far eating health it dosen’t have to not taste great. I’ve learned that experiementing with healthy food can make really yummy foods sometimes.

I’ve learnt that it’s really impossible to compare body size/weight/fat/etc, and so wrong too (just makes everyone feel abnormal IMHO)! It differs SO widely – for example, if I were to gain wait to be in the “normal” category, i really would be quite chubby. And I know TONS of people that look really slim but their body fat % and weight is a lot higher than what you’d assume.

I like some healthy food, but most of it’s kinda *blech* :X

It’s reaaaaaaaally hard – I won’t lie. I don’t like it but it’s good for me, so I’m really determined to do it πŸ˜›
