Heheheh it IS good having mum here! when she’s not it’s always eating out or takeaway, which gets so awful after awhile :X nothing beats good homecooked food!
we had laksa on the same day, except mine was bought from some coffeeshop. can’t rem if you like cockles, but mine had plenty of them. im a fan of cockles (and oysters, clams etc), never mind the unhealthy consequences. haha!

That laksa looks really really yummy! The other brand of Laksa paste that I like is Woh Hup – comes in a glass bottle and can be found at supermarkets like NTUC. THose earrings are lovely and hopefully you’ll be able to find the other side or have someone make it for you!
I don’t think they have Woh hup here, haven’t seen it 🙁 Does it go all thick and creamy too?
I got the Woh Hup in Singapore at NTUC. Comes in like a jam jar kind of thing. The thick and creaminess of the Laksa is actually from the amount of coconut milk you add. The more you add, the more creamy and thick it becomes!
