Yeah I normally don’t liike mussels as they end up tough and chewy, but these are always all juicy and fresh and yum everytime we have them!

Congratulations! 5 years – wow. I remember reading your old journal entries (you were posting elsewhere; don’t remember where) when you & Chris first got together.
That was at Diaryland! We were both still kiddies in college.. weird how things are so different now!
Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost 5 years! It doesn’t seem that long (from an outsider’s perspective) at all.
It’s flown by for me too! We’ve changed so much since we were both 17 and life is so different now.. it’s interesting and nice to have grown up together 🙂

Hey Bev, I’m sure you’ll enjoy Tetsuya’s…will you buy his book and ask him to autograph it? =D Tetsuya will normally come out and greet the guests sometime during the dinner…when we went there, there was actually a food critic photographing every dish and making notes which was quite interesting to watch. I can imagine you talking pics of your meal too!
I reckon you guys should go for the spa package also…hey, it’s not often you get to celebrate a 5 year anniversary! Enjoy it whilst you have the opportunity I reckon…life’s too short.
