What colors do you usually get? I’m the opposite of you, I usually get dark colors like burgundy or deep red, especially on my toenails. Well, except when I’m getting a french tip. πŸ™‚

You need 30 minutes of exercise 5 days a week in order to do any good. πŸ˜› At least that’s what the doctors told me. I’ve just been lugging my laptop around. I’ll wave to all the air planes taking off in the morning. I can see the Control Tower from here.

Sweetie, just cycling on the exercise will not help much, you need to do crunches and light weight training to tone your body.

hehe don’t worry about the kilo til you’re back intto your routine… how could you NOT put on a kilo with all the food! (I think most of us readers have put on weight just looking at hte photos!!!)

hey babe, dont mean to butt in but basically the food you seem to consume have at least 400-500 calories in them per dish.. so i guess you consume more fuel than you burn, which is why you think you’re doing ineffective exercise! but hey, some exercise is good, so it probably did your heart some good yeah?!

Isn’t one meal worth about 100 cals???? 100 cals sounds like an awfully high number to me.. I was peddling and peddling on the bike and it would only clock up 1 more cal after *ages* ;(

are you kidding me? a healthy meal is about 300ish calories. if you have creamy pastas and things like that, it can be as much as double that. you should look at how much macdonalds is. a breakfast can be as much as 800 calories. a granola bar is about 150 calories?

Dammit…. there’s no possible way to work off what you eat then! No wonder so many people give up and just get fat πŸ˜›

are you kidding me? a healthy meal is about 300ish calories. if you have creamy pastas and things like that, it can be as much as double that. you should look at how much macdonalds is. a breakfast can be as much as 800 calories. a granola bar is about 150 calories?
