your entry made me smile — google, yahoo, and you work for ebay. it’s like you’re living real life internet! π
You know what.. I’ve been thinking for awhile now just WHY I love my job. I think you summed it up in that one sentence – I feel like I’m living my internet life for real, and that’s why I love it so much π I’ve loved the internet from the day I got it, and I *do* feel that now, I finally live IN it. Almost π I know most people would find it geeky or boring, but I love it!!
I love crab!
I really look up to you though. You’re a female comp scier who’s doing awesome for herself. I just got back from visiting my bf in Seattle and I went to the Microsoft holiday party with him and there weren’t many women there who were actual employees. Kind of depressing. I really want to get an internship there for the summer but I don’t think I’ll be that lucky.
Loooove crab too, but I don’t like digging around in the shell, so having it in soup is great π
Well, I’m at eBay so the m/f ratio is 50/50, but yes, I know what you mean about MS. Your bf is DAMN LUCKY to be working @ headquarters, my bf (chris) would be so jealous if he read that!
Try and apply for an internship – honestly, you never know, and it doesn’t hurt to try right π
yea I’m going to apply I really want to be a PM but that’s a high job and I don’t think I’ll be that lucky. I’m just trying to find some companies in the Seattle area since that’s where Chris is.
Well you start off as an intern and in a couple of years you might get the chance to be a PM right π
