Hehe.. get thee to a gym! It’s hard to stay motivated though.. and you don’t see results for months so it’s quite depressing :T
Do you have Discovery Health Channel over there? If you do, then watch out for the show called Discovery Body Challenge. Its great with lots of tips on excersises and eating healthy but tasty food:) Its actually a competition with 6 participants that try to loose as much weight,body fat and bad habits they can to ultimately win a prise. Its good fun and always makes me pumped up and motivated to at least think of doing something:P
I don’t have cable tv.. so no Discovery. The show sounds great though, I’ll have to watch it when I’m back homoe in Singapore!!
120 crunches? You go girl! I’ve been laying off excercising for a long time.
I know, it’s SO hard to get into exercising.. there’s always 23623 other things to do!
I envy the fact that you can have Krispy Kreme donuts anytime you want. Hmm. But congrats with the crunches, I can’t even do one!
Oh I can’t have KK donuts anytime.. only when they deliver to the office 😛
I never could do crunches or sits either, but practice makes perfect!
