Oh boy!! Never heard of ’em.. whereabouts are they (ie. how far from the city) and do you know what they serve – like teppanyaki stuff or normal restaurant or?? I love Jap food π
* y i k e s .
(yikes) my concentration on my uni projects suddenly ceased once i recieved an email notification of ur reply. *giggles
otherwise well itchiban is located at strand arcade on pitt st, 3rd lvl up. more like a nice place tucked away from busy streets of sydney. though its quite popular and the food is really, megally good. though they specialise in the ramen and chasu?? cant remember what they call it.. more soup.. though they do have food package in cute little boxes to eat from. btw its not a resturant, more of a cafe style.
shimbashi, well as mentioned before its located at finger whalf, woolloomooloo. so think ferrari’s, bm’s & porsche’s and u get my drift. otherwise u get a beautiful view of the city skyline (esp at night) and great location. its a resturant and they make the best japanese food.. an observation eating there a couple of times, are the customers who actually are japanese.. so more often i presume they must be good.
they more specialise in tradition japnese noodles, soba etc etc… but again they do have a large selection on their menu.. definitely worth a look!
hope i was informative enough, btw early happy birthday to you.

YOu swamped with Uni work too? They’re trying to kill us, I swear! Oh boy, you know what?? I think mum mentioned Itchiban today! I was talking to her on the phone and I think I heard her say that.. I’ll ask her again when I see her. It’s nearby too so I definitely gotta check it out. Thanks for the rec π
stress-o-rama to the max with uni work.
5 projects in 8 days, none completed.
stuck on 2, unmotivated the rest!

Re: Eh?
Dad scanned in about 500 pictures of me, right from when I’m a baby.. I reckon I’ll bore everyone to tears if I showed all! π So I’m picking about 50 or so..
Re: Eh?
that was very sweet of your dad.. not to mention patient… π
Mango cheesecake is nice, but its more of a summer thing and better with ice cream. Not as birthday ish. I baked one with a friend last year and it was really nice π
Ever consider ice cream cake π those are really yummy.
Re: Eh?
Heh yeah.. it took him a couple of days sitting for hours in front of the computer scanning everything in, it was really nice of him π Good point about the cheesecake.. I can’t have ice cream cake tho, ‘cos the cake will be delivered in the afternoon to the hotel and then we’re bringing it to the restaurant and I don’t want to take chances in case it melts. Guess it’s the mud cake then! :)~
Hiya Bev:) It really depends if you wanna go with the traditional or new concept of 21st b’days. You could go with the key which signifies your independence and moving into adulthood or if you want something “mordern” then go with something that you really enjoy:) Lip gloss seems like fun:) How abt. a compact? hehe.
Happy 21st b’day sounds great too:) Short and sweet:).
Hope you have a great day. Shall wish you only on your b’day. Bad luck if done earlier.
BTW the Stila stuff looks great:) Enjoy playing with them:)

Ohhhhhh I completely forgot about the key thing! That’s a really good idea actually.. and they can probably do it since it’ll be quite common, unlike a lipgloss or compact, hehe. Hmm.. so I either want that, or a star shape!
