Oooh, exercise!

Go healthy exercising Beverly! Don’t know how long your first aerobic session was but congratulations for getting through with it in one piece! You are hurting all over but that will pass in no time at all. I’ll give you 6 weeks (as long as you keep it up) and you will be superduperfit by then!

Ok, maybe not superduperfit but I think you get the picture. Radiant skin, lots of energy, elevated mood…I could go on forever.

you should try yoga out. it may not produce the same physical results as aerobics but it will still tone your muscles. it also helps a lot mentally and such. and you don’t have to be in shape or even flexible to do a begining level class. but yoga is tons of fun πŸ˜‰

I feel you pain πŸ˜€

Hey, chica….I’m going throuhg the same angst right now. I have been trying to get my butt up and exercise regularly and believe me, it’s the toughest thing I’ve ever done. And I’m so addicted to junk food, so that’s been a struggle, too. My calves are in major pain and it’s such a pain to walk around campus. :p I can seriously relate with you. πŸ˜€
