Haha I don’t know exactly either! I just know vaguely it’s like you tell the bank I will have the money in here for a “fixed term” and won’t take it out.. that way they give you a great interest rate since they know they’ve got your money for a specific period of time..

INGROWN HAIRS
In Mayflower Madame (an American socialite who turned madam then later wrote a book) recommended scrubbing with a loofah in the shower to prevent in grown hairs. All her girls had to use a loofah, and all her clients remarked how the girls had such soft skin. I don’t know know exactly how well that prevents bikini ingrowns. I bikini shave only a couple of times a year. (I think it was Mayflower Madame but it could have been some other madame writer.)
PIMPLES
In July 2005 American Elle, Rodan and Fields (Proactive Creators) recommended covering pimples with a layer of benzoyl peroxide and a layer of hydrocortisone cream. It’s suppose to make the pimple calm down (not as fast as a steroid shot).
Elyse Sewell mentioned using original formula SeaBreeze (not new formula with salycic acid) after the shower to get break outs under control. I started using it. It feels great. I put moisturizing products on top.

I’ve never had ingrown hairs.. but they sound painful! I used to dry-scrub before my shower but I did it for a week then got sick of it 😉

I bought a generic cream from Walmart for $1. I’ll photograph the article or retype it (later today) so you can see all they said.

Nah I wrote about it – “Better yet, I actually made a good profit on everything.. well, except the car of course.” You pretty much can never make a profit on a standard car!
