as a student nurse, i think it’s great that you’re taking responsibility for your own health! most kids in college don’t get it. not until they suffer the consequences later in life. and who cares what ppl think about skim milk. in fact it’s ideal for adults. whole milk is best for children because they need those extra nutrients but adults don’t need the extra fat that comes with whole milk. just make sure there’s enough calcium in the kind u drink though.

Do you have anything that’s in-between full cream and skim milk? Back in the day in boarding school I used to have semi-skimmed milk a lot. They call that “half and half” in the US and who knows what in Australia.
