Almost exactly 1 year later, we finally finally finally return to AUSTRALIA.
Microsoft are being awesome and sending us back on a “home visit”. Hooray for Microsoft! We head off right now to the airport, and will be there for the next 2 weeks. So excited I could cry. I miss it so much it’s driving me crazy, so it will really help my mental health to be able to go back – if only for 2 weeks.

You and Chris have the BEST employers EVER!!! I can’t believe you’ve been in Shanghai for a whole year… it only seems like it’s been a few months. Incredible. Are you in Shanghai indefinitely? Hope you enjoy the trip! Are you staying with friends? Your parents aren’t in Melbourne anymore, right?
(So many questions… you just mentioned you wouldn’t be online much, so feel free to answer upon your return!)
I KNOW, it’s mad now a year has flown by… so far we are happy there so staying on 🙂
My parents are actually in Sydney with us at the moment, so we’ll get a service apt together with 2 bedrooms. Lots of meeting friends and even a wedding to attend, plus Dad’s 60th. yay!
