That’s a good list.
I have to say I did date around when I was younger. While I didn’t in high school. Guys didn’t pay attention to me back then. And if they did I was awkward and didn’t know proper ‘dating’ etiquette.
I did end up dating in my 19-24ish…
Within that time, I figured out what I want out of a guy.
Looks really didn’t matter when I finally figured out what type of guy I’d like to be with. It all fell on the personality test.
And that’s when I found Lonny!
He may not have the body or looks (although I find him extremely adorable!) he has the personality, strive, ambition that I have always wanted in a man.
That’s what made me fall in love with him.

Hehe, you’re like me! Although it sounds like you’re really into the alpha male type. I also like a guy who is smarter than me and funnier than me, but I don’t want someone who always wants to be #1. But this means that since I started dating at 16 to now (25), I’ve also only been in 2 long term relationships! I think dating around is a bit silly when you already know what you want, and have met the person you want to be with.
I dunno if it’s really ‘alpha male’ cos i really like guys that are funny and also stupid/silly, cos I am too! Dont like guys that KNOW they’re smarter and better than other people… blehhhhh
alpha males and intelligent people are to me worlds apart… there’s alot to be said about having abit of humility. Being humble sometimes doesn’t make you at all weak. It takes a smart person to figure out how to vent their drive in ways other than trying to one-up everyone at whatever cost…
I agree with you on intelligence. Nothing attracts me like intelligence! It’s nice to be able to sit down and have intelligent conversations with him. Or actually “work” together to do something productive.
