you find the service? I thought guillaume’s wait staff were a little impersonal. Most of the time it was bring, tell, ditch, run… that got me a little annoyed.. especially considering the prices you pay…

Hmm I wouldn’t call them particularly warm, but more of a professional polite service. But in general the fine dining places don’t have buddy-buddy type service, I think they all want to give that aloof classy image 😉

I’ve been dieing to go to Guillaume and your pictures don’t dissapoint.
I’m not surprised the mash was fabulous, I watched a cooking doco with Guillaume and he made the most luscious looking mash (secret: lots and lots of butter, more than you could ever imagine!). It looked sooooo good though.
Heh I figured as much! Worth it though.. it really was luscious!
