Making… COOKIES!
All ready to go into the oven
Soft/chewy choc chip cookies. I made a massive batch and they were all gone within seconds *lol*
I like Hannah’s Pies.. they deliver pies to Harry’s Cafe de Wheels (it’s a little known fact)
Steak pie with mash potato and gravy. Mmmm…
Chris organised a lovely dinner at Bistro Lilly *SWOONS*
We had the Degustation Menu! Crap pics cos I used my phone with no flash.
This is the Amuse Bouche of oyster, served with Loire Valley France wine
Roast Duck Tortellini with pancetta, chilli, peas and sage.
Served with Pikes Lucio Sangiovese wine
Also had the Fresh Queensland soft shell crab lightly tempured with nuoc cham and lemon (served with 2006 Leuwin estate classic dry white)
And Veal Tenderloin with king prawn, roma kasaundi and beetroot essence (served with 2006 cartwheel chardonnay)
Yucatan Chocolate Pudding with stracciatella and drunken chocolate sauce.
Served with Baileys of Glenrowan founders liqueur muscat wine

It’s dark soy sauce.. it makes the rice go darker and looks more appetizing IMHO π

1 tablespoon of cream to each egg that you make.. and a good dollop of butter in the pan π
