Had another BBQ at Chris’ place.. and this time, it was a success! Namely because we had oil 😉 I never really noticed how oil was the most important ingredient when BBQ-ing food *lol*. The BBQ looked so lovely and glistening and the food turned out brilliant. In fact, we ended up with TOO much oil, so had to madly soak it all up with lots of serviettes 😉 We had steak, rissoles, sausages, salads.. just fantastic, especially when taking full advantage of the last few days of warm-ish weather before winter comes :X

Oh yum! I love BBQ, although I’m not a huge fan of sausages (except for spanish chorizos). Hey next time you have hamburgers at a barbie, try buttering the burger buns and then grilling them for a while on the buttered side. So yummy and leaves a nice crust on the bun too. 🙂
Heh sausages are one of my fave foods, even if they ARE kinda disgusting and unhealthy. I’m going to butter/grill the buns next time, it sounds lovely!
