Ya Eftpos, or I use my CC then go home and transfer the $$ from my regular account to my cc account. Basically, I just make sure I don’t owe the bank *anything*, otherwise I don’t really own the items, the bank does!

Hi Beverly, I went to Alannah Hill Outlet today too but nothing really caught my eye.. As you said most of the sizes were 10+ and the stock were pretty old too! The prices were excellent though! And the boots are GORGEOUS! Too bad they didn’t have it in my size when I went (got there around 4pm).. definately gonna pay a visit in a couple of weeks though to see if they get new stocks!
Oh and didn’t you buy the LV Speedy 25 off E-Bay? I was going to bid as well but you beat me to it with BUY IT NOW, AUD$500 was such a bargain for an authentic LV purse with all the box, ribbons, carry-bag!! Gotta love E-Bay for the bargains!! 🙂
Yeah the prices were amazing! Some weren’t too cheap, but there were some great bargains. I was there just before you! The guy said that more stock is coming in a couple of days (the store isn’t fully ready yet) and they’ll get new stock every season.
Hehe I bought the LV off a girl I knew, but asked her to put it on eBay so we could leave each other fb, hence the BIN 😛 Best to buy off someone you know, or someone you already know on eBay, so you know it’s authentic!

Personally I am still hestitated about buying LVs off E-Bay. Not so much because I’m worried about its authenticity and all – I mean there’s mypoupette.com and you can always make sure its auth with reciepts etc but it’s just all so much hassle. I also found that on Australian E Bay the prices for auth LVs tend to sky-rocket, some even managed to come quite close to retail prices (within $1-200). I’d probably prefer going into a LV store and purchase from there, just for the whole experience and a piece of mind 🙂 I travel quite frequently so it’s even better to slash off the 10% GST…
By the way, Speedy 25 is the perfect size for you (looking at the photo). I prefer the 30 though simply because it fits more BUT I always feel like I’m carrying a brick instead of a handbag 😛
Is there a bus from the city to Birkenhead? I’m thinking I can go there after work on Thurs 😛

I still can’t get over the fact that LV increases its retail price by around 5% every six months! I KNOW it’s mainly because of the strong EUROS but COME ON! Apparently the cheapest place to get LV is in Germany because of the high tax refunds! NOW we all know where to head to for our next holiday break! 🙂

I can’t believe you’ve never had the Japanese lemonade before. I used to drink them all the time back in Singapore at those Taiwanese teahouses. Anyway I tried on those heels 2 weeks back but not sure if I like the huge flower enough to buy it. Thinking of getting the black pointy heels instead.

Hi Beverly, I went to Alannah Hill Outlet today too but nothing really caught my eye.. As you said most of the sizes were 10+ and the stock were pretty old too! The prices were excellent though! And the boots are GORGEOUS! Too bad they didn’t have it in my size when I went (got there around 4pm).. definately gonna pay a visit in a couple of weeks though to see if they get new stocks!
Oh and didn’t you buy the LV Speedy 25 off E-Bay? I was going to bid as well but you beat me to it with BUY IT NOW, AUD$500 was such a bargain for an authentic LV purse with all the box, ribbons, carry-bag!! Gotta love E-Bay for the bargains!! 🙂
Yeah the prices were amazing! Some weren’t too cheap, but there were some great bargains. I was there just before you! The guy said that more stock is coming in a couple of days (the store isn’t fully ready yet) and they’ll get new stock every season.

Personally I am still hestitated about buying LVs off E-Bay. Not so much because I’m worried about its authenticity and all – I mean there’s mypoupette.com and you can always make sure its auth with reciepts etc but it’s just all so much hassle. I also found that on Australian E Bay the prices for auth LVs tend to sky-rocket, some even managed to come quite close to retail prices (within $1-200). I’d probably prefer going into a LV store and purchase from there, just for the whole experience and a piece of mind 🙂 I travel quite frequently so it’s even better to slash off the 10% GST…
By the way, Speedy 25 is the perfect size for you (looking at the photo). I prefer the 30 though simply because it fits more BUT I always feel like I’m carrying a brick instead of a handbag 😛

I still can’t get over the fact that LV increases its retail price by around 5% every six months! I KNOW it’s mainly because of the strong EUROS but COME ON! Apparently the cheapest place to get LV is in Germany because of the high tax refunds! NOW we all know where to head to for our next holiday break! 🙂

Yeah.. sometimes you kinda wonder why bother getting an authentic bag, when you can get a cheap one for half the price. But at the end of the day, even if no one can tell, i like the fact I’ve saved up to buy myself something lovely 🙂

I think it was just to be cute – oh and it’s annoying if you drink it the wrong way and it stops the liquid coming out … rather than sitting in the nose bit of the face…
the face – if you look at it a certain way – there two eyes and the pointedish bump at the front is liek a nose… um… hard to explain! and the blue is a little cap.
