That taco looks delicious. We rarely make tacos for supper, but I quite enjoy them. The bad thing is that I usually end up eating more than I should. I can easily eat half a dozen of them.

I really love the bracelet, it looks kind of like stringed candy! The taco looks good too… mmm avocado is so yummy.

We made some nachos for the SuperBowl on Sunday. Instead of ground beef, try the ground turkey. It’s even healthier and most people don’t notice the difference much. We use the ground turkey in place of ground beef in spaghetti sauces and a lot of other things. I’m not saying it tastes identical, but the difference is pretty slight once you mix everything else in. Also, if you like sausages at all, try the chicken/apple sausage, which is good in a spaghetti sauce. Like you we’re trying to find interesting ways to spice up our food in a healthier way.

Oooo turkey, I’ve never had turkey mince before. Won’t it be quite different though? i guess it’s like having chicken mince in tacos, that’s still nice πŸ™‚ That’s a good tip, cos Turkey’s low in fat.. thanks!

Yeah, it’s low in fat and you get used to it pretty quickly. I can only use it if I’m mixing it with other things, like nachos or spaghetti sauce. I haven’t gone so far as to make a turkey burger or a turkey meatloaf because there are just certain things that require beef. But at least it’s cutting down a little bit.

that taco looks reallllly good! to cut down more of the calories.. loose the taco shells and eat it with rice or beans! YUM!!!!
