I think I drink WAY too much Starbucks coffee. Not because I have any deep love for them, but merely because they’re right in my office building and the most convenient. I walk past it every day to/from the building lifts, so it’s pretty much impossible to resist 😉 Not that good, because I always have the Caramel Frappuccino Blended Coffee and only drink it with full fat milk.
And I found out how many calories they are – 380 calories!! PER CUP!! OK I don’t really know how to count calories, but it sounds super high to me, no?
Have turned into a real fatty lately. Am my heaviest ever, and can’t fit into 3 pairs of my skinny jeans anymore. Most brides get thinner for their wedding day, I get fatter. Bloody hell. I mean, I really like being different and all, but this is really taking it too far 😉
Well, at least I have these adorable little mini Starbucks cups to cheer me up – buy 2 coffees and get 1 of these ‘lil babies!
My staple – “A decadent treat of buttery caramel combined with Starbucks coffees
and milk, blended with ice, topped with whipped cream and a swirl of caramel sauce”
They are so cute! I wonder if they are available in Singapore!
Apparently not, but hopefully soon, they so should – reckon it’ll be a hit there!

380 calories isn’t TOO bad. Your exact daily intake would depend on your current height and weight, but I think the “standard” for most women to maintain their current weight is around 1200 a day. Or maybe it’s 1400 to maintain and 1200 to lose weight? Something along those lines…
They just started doing tea products here in the US a few months back (or maybe they just started advertising them so I only now noticed?) and I’m in love with their Green Tea Frappuccino 🙂 I mean, it’s green tea – that’s got to be healthy, right?! 🙂
man but then 380 cals is practically a breakfast then! i was thinking it would be around 50 cals.. booooooo
How are the locals here sooo skinny? Nobody exercises either… I’ve gained at least 5lbs so went outside to run today for the first time and pretty much everyone was staring at me like ‘what the heck is this person doing, running for leisure weirdo??!”
I know, exercise is seen as this weird thing laowais do, they certainly don’t and eat like hell, but still stay slim! It’s tres unfair…
