Noticed the guy next to me did same speed and less incline, yet he burned MORE calories than me.
Realised that its our weight that makes the difference – my calorie-burning would go WAY up if I increased my weight to 50kg!! Talk about unfair.
Anyway, it be time for McDonalds. One large double cheeseburger meal, coming right up!

Man I hate those things. I’ll be there running my lungs out for what, 5 kms or so, trying not to trip on to my face, valiantly looking like it’s “hey, no sweat” and then at the end of however long it took (usually feels like an hour) it tells me i only did 200++ calories. sigh
YES! And I always watch the counters go up soooooooooooooooooooo slowly it’s painful ;(
