Decided to make some pancakes for breakfast on a chill morning… The pancakes turned out brilliantly, except for one teeeny little thing – I accidentally added a lot of salt. Oops!! Chris still ate his, declaring them “still the best pancakes ever” Love really is blind. And taste-less 😉
All the ingredients you’ll need
Sift 3/4 cup flour, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 1.5 teaspoons sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Add in 1/2 an egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1.5 tablespoons butter, 1tsp vanilla. Mix until just combined.
Cook on each side until golden brown
Served with a pat of butter and lashings of maple syrup
