i would have thought the mussels in sydney were fresher though?
They’re meant to be.. since the mussels come from Sydney! But I think the BEST and FRESHEST get shipped to singapore.. and then the small not-so-good ones are left in Australia (unless you go to a top restaurant, then you probably get the best too!)
