I’ve got a stack of vouchers for one free drink at the cafes and I’ve been meaning to try them because of this but have read/heard loads of bad reviews. Now the vouchers aren’t even tempting me to pay a visit…
Ooo since you have freebies you DEF should go then! it’s just not worth it if you’re paying π

Looking at all of these sweets is making my teeth hurt! Hehe… Looks soooo good, though! *^^*
Haha we’ve totally sugar-overloaded lately π

the cookies looks so lame!!
They were totally useless, might as well not even bother eating. Grr!
Those bland cookies made me sad and annoyed!
I reckon! I know $1.50 is not much in the grand scheme of things, but it’s STILL $1.50 that was spent on something that wasn’t worth it *sad* At least now we know!
I too was surprised to see a Guylian cafe whilst I was in transit in Changi. I was craving hot chocolate so got theirs, but their version with the chocolate chunk while new to me, was actually quite fiddly. The hot chocolate isn’t hot enough to melt the chocolate chunk entirely.
I had an apple crumble too which was very very dry ..
I’m pretty disappointed with them. If they cut the prices to about 1/3 of the current, then I’d say they were a good place with good value. Most definitely NOT worth it at all, boo!

Hah, Guylian! My first taste of their chocs disappointed me so. The packaging looked so nice and upclass but sadly, they taste nowhere as classy as they look. It’s annoying!
Totally agree… i think they have an inflated sense of self-esteem or something, heh! π
say NO to bad food !!!
And a bigger NO to expensive bad food!

That’s a shame, Bev.
At least we know not to go back..
The hot chocolate looks PERFECT! How do they get it so creamy like that?
Speaking of cafes, I actually tried a frozen hot chocolate this summer. And nope, that’s not an oxymoron! Have you ever heard of it?
Hmm not sure, so sad though π
Oh a frozen hot choc sounds so interesting, wish we had it here!
Here, here!!
It’s too bad, but serves ’em right for charging idiotic prices! π
