hmm do most people wash their hair in the morning? Like, is there enough time to blow-dry/style it? Because I’m thinking, i’ll have to wake up super early if I want to wash my hair since it’s going to take me ages to dry it. And I hate waking up early. The thing is, most of my girl friends wash their hair in the morning too – except me! I feel like I’m the weird (and dirty) one out lol.

Most people i know do.. but I do it because I pretty much just wash and go,m so it’s no extra time. I can’t do it at night because my hair takes about 2 hrs to dry and I can’t be bothered waiting πŸ˜‰

“so I don’t scare small children”

This totally crack me up !!! ROFL !!! I’m sure you are pretty au natural =)

Yeah, i do the morning internet routine too, but now on my iPhone instead of the desktop πŸ˜›

Hehe trust me though, makeup makes sa world of difference πŸ˜›

Ahh I really want an iphone but i”m convinced they’re gonna come out with a pink one, so i’m hanging out for that.. hehe

You’re in luck coming to China, they have some of the THINNEST, TINIEST girls here (everyone is always on a diet) so I think you won’t have nearly as much trouble finding stuff in your size. The only problem is that foreign brands are SO expensive, I recommend continuing to buy stuff online and not in the stores here. On the plus side they do have Zara here, which I haven’t seen in Australia yet (unless they possibly have it in Sydney now?)!

On the other hand, the fashion right now is a lot of baggy style winter dresses, perhaps not quite your style. :o)

Yeah I noticed pretty much no one was overweight, are they on a diet or naturally like that? I didn’t think asians were really into dieting!

I agree that any western looking brand (clothes, coffee, ice cream, etc) is INSANELY expensive.. we couldn’t believe it, guess I’ll be buying heaps on eBay!

It’s a bit of both natural and on a diet. I think Asians are naturally usually smaller in size, but a lot of girls are on constant diets here. Chinese people do love their food too, it’s just mostly young women who are crazy dieters. They’re the really fashion conscious ones for the most part.

Also chocolate here is not that good, hope you’re not an addict (like me). It’s hard to find the good stuff, luckily I came prepared with several blocks of Lindt for when I can’t stand the stuff here anymore or am not prepared to pay the ludicrous prices for it. Dove is a big chocolate brand here, but Chinese people think of it as really LUXURIOUS, so that gives you a bit of an idea of the chocolate market here…

Maybe I’ll catch onto the diet trend, it’ll probably be a good thing heh

Pretty funny about the chocolate situation, lol! Might stock up on it then… πŸ˜‰

oh hon you’re not that much of a midget!!
haha I’m 150cm and I don’t think I’ll be growing anytime soon
I love heels they make me look older BUT they kill.. haha
