Been a bit of a baking maven (hee!) in the past few weeks.. just been craving lots of sweet stuff lately, especially since I’ve been feeling unwell. My vision still isn’t great.. and my left eyelid is puffy but at least both eyes aren’t in pain or red so I look pretty much normal. Just as well since I’ve been stubborn and gone back to work, since I’m not contagious anymore. Was going insane staying home for a whole week and just couldn’t handle it anymore!
Anyway, took photos of some of the stuff I baked. I haven’t really taken photos of most of the food I’ve made or parties/dinners I’ve been to lately.. too lazy and also because my camera is half-dead. The photos don’t turn out very clear anymore *cries* I think I need a new one!

My eyes are only so-so, the left one’s puffy but the doc said it’s just healing and purging all the crap. Bleh.. I just miss my normal looking eyes! :X

Hmmm… gotta love maple syrup. It tastes SO good!
I was sooo pleased i found 100% pure Canadian maple syrup, WOOHOO!
I would eat those banana muffins with peanut butter! Yummmmm! *^^*

where do you get your recipes from? in particular the banana muffin one?
I just used a standard banana receipe I found online, and I always add more bananas and less sugar.. and just whacked in some white chocolate 😛
M and I loved those cookies! And I need to make those maple cupcakes. 😀
