Charity, Uncategorized DAFFODIL DAY 26 August 2007

Was up to my ears in work on Thursday but managed to squeeze in some time to sell merchandise in support of Daffodil Day for the Cancer Council! It was lots of fun and good sales practise 😉 I made around $500, mostly by forcing people to buy stuff… hehehehehhehehe. Well, I’ll do whatever it takes! Had fun and really pleased that everyone was generous in their support. THANKS GUYS!

So I sold….

a bunch of diamate pins

a bunch of silk pins

some mini soccer balls

… and about 300 (!!!) fresh daffodils

Looking forward to next year! Oh and I’m in Korea at the moment.. it’s just past midnight, flew in earlier this evening. However, forgot my camera cable (duh) so pics will come when I’m back!

Thanks for pushing hard, thanks to you Erica has purchased the soccer ball of which I have proceeded to slowly destroy the apartment with. Good times.

I didn’t see those diamante pins! I went overboard and bought fresh daffodils, a teddy, fridge magnet (they were so cute!) and metal pin.

Thanks heaps for looking after them!! They should be just fine.. only a bit lonely so might go nuts when they see you guys, heheheh
